Leader of the workers’ union in the Dort 2 colony. While he is more patient then other members of the workers’ union and wishes to wait for Savarin to come up with a solution to the workers’ situation, he is forced to take action once Gjallarhorn launches an unsuccessful raid against the unions’ armory.
Navona stages a demonstration against the Dort Company, but it becomes deadly when Gjallarhorn forces open fire under the cover of smoke and a staged bombing on Dort headquarters, killing Navona and nearly everyone involved. On the other hand, after their plight is publicized by Kudelia’s broadcast, the union is able to obtain the reforms they sought, but at the cost of many lives before her intervention.
