As far as I see it correctly, the movie “Boku no Hero Academia: The Movie - Futari no Hero” is not linked to the other Hero Academia movies/series. Would be “Side Story” or second sequel of Season 2 or 3, I guess. The events take places between season 2 and 3, however, the movie is officially announced in ep. 20 of season 3.
