Nm I see the English title isn’t on the site. The Japanese title is Kenja no Mago
The English title is Philosopher’s Grandson, but I added Wise Man’s Grandchild as a synonym

As far as me, I kinda don’t care what it is called since I don’t understand Japanese. As long as I can find the show and if it’s good.
Like if I cared about exacts then I will be spending more time than I care on that. Google is translating it to Sage’s grandson.
