Riichi Miura
Riichi Miura is the librarian of Mayoiga, the “library of the forest.” He is a kind and gentle but sometimes awkward individual who loves books.
Miura died a fatal accident and was fated to be trapped in the library, hence the reason why he cannot go out. He could see the supernatural entities because of this as he is a spirit.
