Kotarou Fuuma
A mysterious Fuuma clansman wearing a fox mask. He’s currently in jail, smuggling opium to the other prisoners.
Once the prisoners became addicted to the opium, he turned them into his subordinates. Later on, it’s revealed that he is Shirasu’s younger twin brother, and joint 10th head of the clan, who serve the Orochi. He also revealed that it was not him who killed the Kumo brothers’ parents, but Shirasu.
