Mutsuki Ashiya

A mysterious onmyouji who works for the Yamainu Squad, using his abilities to summon shikigami for spying. His weapon is a long sword and he’s apparently somewhat of a womanizer.

It is revealed later that beneath his scarf are markings around his mouth that enable him to use a technique to read someone’s mind.
