Botan

Botan is a shikigami summoned by the Abe clan, with the mission of sealing Orochi. Hirari falls in love with her at first sight and she vows to wait for him until they can meet again. In the Meiji era, she is now Chuutarou’s schoolteacher and seeks to assist the Kumo brothers. The tanuki Gerokichi is fond of her.
