Reika Chang

Reika “Vision” Chang is a character introduced in episode 7 of the OVA, she is a popular singer in America in her group known as Vision and the Revengers. She is the elder sister of Irene Chang, whom was killed in the 2nd episode of the OVA and Reika comes to MegaTokyo to get revenge on her younger sister’s death by taking on GENOM. Reika has a concert in MegaTokyo planned, but it is only a ruse as she is only in the city to kill Quincy, president of GENOM. However her encounter with Irene’s friend Linna, tries to persuade Reika that revenge is not the path she should follow, and her singing career should be the only path.
