Examinee #103 during the Hunter Exam. He keeps hundreds of snakes with him, which will attack everyone who attacks him. He keeps on himself an antidote to the snake venom as a means of manipulating his opponent.
During the 4th exam he is accidentally killed by Ponzu’s bees when she walks into one of Bourbon’s traps.
