One of the bodyguards hired to protect Neon. She is from the Manipulation group. Her hatsu, Instant Love, makes every man she kisses her slave. Her slaves enjoy being hurt by her, which she videotapes. She uses this to make men tell the truth.
She is later killed by Shizuku from the Phantom Troupe.
