Takaya Kagakagari

A famous guiterist, a demon hunter, and a lingerie thief called ‘Lingerier of Hamelin (ハーメルンの下着男, Hāmerun no Shitagi Otoko?)’. He is Rhodonite’s handler and Christina’s contractor. He tried to set his Burial Doll free by Splitter. Splitter needed huge power and luck-eater’s probability control ability to work. So he assaulted demons to collect their power and stole undergarments, including Shuri’s and Kanade’s, to supply Christina with people’s luck.(In anime, he didn’t steal undergarments.)
