The story takes us on the investigations of Katrielle, daughter of Professor Layton, who is missing, accompanied by her dog Sherl, capable of speaking. Determined to demonstrate her talent, the young woman opens her detective agency Layton which will allow her to collect clues to find her father. Exploring London on her famous bicycle and solving more improbable cases, Katrielle finds herself embarked on a quest full of mysteries during which she discovers the "Conspiracy of the millionaires."
