The story takes us into the amusing daily life of high school students Juliet Percia of the White Cats (representing the Touwa countries) and Inudzuka Romeo of the Black Doggy (representing the Western countries) whose faction continually clash to take control of the island. Each one runs a high school dormitory that represents their homeland. The 2 factions have not ceased to fight and beat each other down, but behind this animosity, Juliet and Inudzuka are secretly in love and yearn for peace. The task is going to be difficult, especially with the conflicting relationships of some students with others...
