On February 25th, 2004, Biz International Inc. changed its name to Trinet Entertainment, Inc., followed by the acquisition of management right by Nippon Shuppan Hunbai, Inc (Nippan), when Trinet requested Nippan financing. By this acquisition, Trinet decided to launch on an animation production division. In licensing, Trinet decided further development of existing licensed properties, as well as expanding its business in the international market.
