Lucia

Lucia is a member of the Agnese Forces. She is tall, slightly long, blonde hair and blue eyes. She appears to have a serious nature. Lucia uses a large carriage wheel as focus of her magic; the wheel based on the legend of Catherine of Alexandria.
When Lucia, Angelene and Agnese overheard one of Amakusa group’s conversation of who will be able to steal Touma’s heart out of Kanzaki and Itsuwa, Agnese and Lucia discussed among themselves who in the Agnese Forces can match the two from Amakusa in womanly charms, and decided Lucia is capable with her bust size and attempted to get Lucia into an imp cosplay, which Lucia refused.
