Howard Phillips Lovecraft

A member of The Guild. His name is a reference to H. P. Lovecraft, the American author who achieved posthumous fame through his influential works of horror fiction.
It is unsaid in both the manga and anime, but it seems that Lovecraft was an experiment created by The Guild.
