Nene Odagiri is the vice president of the Student Council. competing against Toranosuke Miyamura to become the next student council president
She is one of the seven witches and has the power to “charm”, meaning when she kisses someone, that person will fall in love with her and follow her orders.
As with other witch powers, if the person she kissed is already under the effects of another witch’s power then the charm won’t take effect.
Yamada theorizes that Odagiri gained her charm power through her desire to become popular.
She later falls in love with Yamada.
