Haruki Sagae
Haruki is a tomboyish yet fashionable girl who is always shown eating snacks. She uses a type of wire to carry out assassinations and noted by Tokaku to be very physically strong. She seems to get along with Isuke well, despite the latter’s attitude.
She is the third to attempt to assassinate Haru, requesting to have her family fed for the rest of their lives as a reward.
