Shiage Hamazura
Level 0 and former Skill-Out with his best friends Komaba Ritoku and Hattori Hanzou. As former lackey, grunt, chauffeur, and informant of ITEM, he delved into Academy City’s darkness and turned into an anomaly that disrupts Aleister Crowley’s plans and calculations time and time and again.
Hamazura Shiage is one of the three heroes that had a big influence during World War III arc in Russia. His heroic story started when he disagreed with Mugino’s act and decided to rebel her. He couldn’t accept Mugino who treated her comrades as a mere tools when she faced other enemies in the Academy City darkness. He even beat Mugino until three times and that was a big anomaly because no one expected a mere level 0 esper can win against level 5.
He had a strong feelings to his comrade in the ITEM, Takitsubo Rikou. He dared to join World War III in Russia in order to flee from Academy City’s attackers and found out some negotiation materials to ensure their safety. Takitsubo suffered a side effect from certain drug named Body Crystal and he promised he would somehow have the medicine that could cure her. Instead of having solution by high technology treatments, he was just helped by a magician called Elizalina to cure his lover by using mystical methods.
