Nishikata
A middle schooler in class 1-2, he sits in the back of the classroom next to Takagi-san. He can’t handle bitter things like black coffee, secretly watches/reads a romance titled “100% unrequited love” and gets frightened very easily. Does average academically.
Naive and easily embarrassed he quickly falls to Takagi-san’s teasing, though the constant failure hasn’t broken his drive to one day get back at her.
Though he dedicates considerable effort to devising plans to beat Takagi-san, his training and scheming never seems to achieve anything; Takagi-san appearing to always be one step ahead of him in every challenge he presents her with.
At some point he marries the now former Takagi-san, having a daughter named Chi between them. After leaving school he becomes a P.E. teacher having continued his extensive physical training routines in his efforts to beat Takagi-san.
