Kochou

Kochou is a famous courtesan in the red-light district. She manages Kougaro, the number one brothel in Kiyou. She is actually one of the underground bosses of Kiyou.

When Shuurei was young, she came to work as an accountant in Kougaro, and two developed a close friendship. To Eigetsu woke up unconscious in Kougaro, and eventually met Shuurei and her group.
