Crackerjack is a terrorist and proclaimed extremist who claims to be fighting for Heifong’s independence. He is actually a thief, using his acts of terrorism as distractions and operating a gang of thieves under the alias “Crackerjack” - a persona often represented by a crudely drawn mouse.
