Neal is a Skyfish fisher and son of also Skyfish fisher named Edmond. He and his father’s main occupation involved using the Skyfish to create panels for ships such as the Gekko-Go, but it was not a lucrative business, so Neal lost interest in it and turned to alcohol. In the end, he found himself able to overcome his hatred for the business, and drastically speed up the Gekko’s repair process.
