Born on the planet Radion. A member of the Universal Peace Corp. His mission is to determine if Earth is ready for admittance into the Galactic Union of Worlds. He adopts the persona of Bobby (or Popi or Papii), a normal boy, to fit in on Earth, though his real identity is that of Prince Planet.
