He was introduce as the owner of Iggy’s petshop where Kazu once live when he was reincarnated as a dog. He was forced to sell Kazu to Kirihime after she threaten him at scissor point, eversince then he is been fearful whenever he sees Kirihime passing in front of his store. It suggested that he’s half Japanese, half western of African decent.
