Tide is a criminal that tried to steal the Lepardas’ Eye jewel from Ms Ripple room on a ship that was traveling in the Decolora Archipelago.
He also participated in the Marine Cup Tournament and got to the final round against Ash. His participation in the tournament was meant to be an alibi but Cilan was able to get enough evidence to prove he was the mastermind behind the heist.
