Reno is a Turk fighter, comrade/partner of Rude, who uses an electric rod. Most often characterized as loud, reckless and laid-back, Reno is assigned to lead the Turks after Tseng was injured (at least in the movie), which then indirectly shows his seniority despite his “slacker” appearance.
