Spanner
Spanner is a mechanic who works for the Millefiore. He is a foreigner who likes katakana, kanji, and green tea, and is always seen with a wrench-shaped sucker in his mouth.
When saying “I” he uses “Uchi” which girls speaking in Kansai-ben dialect use.
After fighting Tsuna in the King Mosca, he takes him hostage in order to help him complete the X Burner.
