Otokichi
Mr. Otokichi is the owner of Kanon Town’s largest pipe organ.
It is later revealed that Otokichi is Aphrodite’s father, and thus has ties with all of the royal family including Ako and the Crescendo Tone, as well as Ellen.
It is revealed that he himself, was the one who sealed Noise into a fossil like form.
