The bearer of Historia. Not much is known about this Carillon. Its ability is to accumulate memories of the past users. Rhantolk is often seen as an unfriendly and cold Leprechaun because of the way she talks. She is not very close to the children. She is interested in reading poems and about history. She has a bad habit of thinking out loud while reading. Making desserts is her hobby.
She confronted Willem in his half-Beast form on the 11th island.
