Hideo Tezuka
Shingo’s partner at the police department. A green detective who enjoys playing around and is the butt of many jokes. Shingo affectionately calls him “Pochi”.
At an unknown point during the series, the mysterious, higher dimensional being known as Set possesses Hideo and to guide and observe Matoi as her powers develop.
