Tokisada Aquarius
Tokisada is the former Horologium silver saint and the man who killed Haruto’s brother. As Horologium saint, Tokisada claimed to have powers to control the time and the eternity.
He received the Aquarius gold cloth from Medea due to his loyalty to Mars. In the other hand, Tokisada continued using his space-time techniques instead of the ice-based powers of the former Aquarius saints, since he didn’t inherited the gold cloth by the traditional means.
Aquarius Tokisada was a strong challenge to both Ryuho and Haruto, but he was later defeated by Libra Genbu.
Genbu explained that Tokisada could never defeat him, because Tokisada wasn’t chosen by the Aquarius cloth like Genbu was chosen by Libra
