Tubalcain Alhambra

Tubalcain Alhambra is one of Millennium’s artificial vampires, but much more powerful than Luke, Jan and the basic Millennium troops. His special ability is cards, using them to attack and regenerate. He was sent to assault the hotel in which Alucard and Seras were staying, and the coming battle with Alucard became his end.
