He is the owner of a Rikishi stable, where Sakaguchi is training. Though Sakaguchi is one of his two top performing Sumo Wrestlers, he proves to be too much for him to handle due to the latter’s misadventures and rowdiness. At times, he regrets taking him under his wing.
