Or so it seems. Misa is actually the legendary mercenary “Laughing Panther/Cackling Hell Witch”. Known throughout the world by top government agencies and nearly every soldier around with a long list of battle experiences along with Iwao Takatsuki. Declared dead thirteen times she eventually gives up on the life of war and settles down with Iwao Takatsuki to raise Ryo. Using the best of her abilities she helps Ryo and the rest of the ARMS kids combat Egrigori.
