Ginkaku

Plague (銀角; lit. “Silver Horn”) is a character who appears in the Dragon Ball episode “Terror and Plague.”

Plague and his comrade Terror terrorized Chao’s village with the Gourd of Mist, until they were defeated by Goku, Plague thinks Goku is a normal child and tries to hit him on the head with his notebook but Goku grabs his arm and throws him into the ground, Plague then tries to deliver a kick but Goku grabs his boot and sends him crashing to the ground yet again, finally Plague decides to grab his sub-machine gun and fire several shots towards Goku, but by using his staff Goku easily blocks all of the bullets, Terror then decides to replace Plague, stating that Plague is no match for Goku.

Plague is eventually captured inside the Gourd of Mist by Goku after failing to reply to his name. He was later seen with Plague farming in the village, by being threatened by the village people.
