Hysterica
A vampire made by Vera when she was on the verge of death after losing her family to the Spanish Flu. Her original name was Francesca, but it appears that she changes it and her master every so often. She and Vera were very close before she left. She reappeared under the name Hysterica organizing a small army of vampire suicide bombers to send Tokyo into chaos. Each of the bombers had an ampoule containing a chemical agent that causing vampire blood to explode, which implanted close to the heart.
She is killed when Nanami betrays her by stabbing her with a hollow stake and Vera shoves an ampoule in, causing her to explode. Her last words were “Liar, You said we’d be together forever” as she looks at Vera.
