Chikage Hizaki
Newbie at Mochizuki High School and friend of Mikoto Kiba, after the latter saved her from some bullying.
She is the arsonist named “Fever” and thus one of the antagonist characters of the Black Label Organization.
She lost her little sister in an apartment burn and got never over it. Has some kind of romantic feeling towards Mikoto.
