Because of her brute strength Sophia was called Muscular Sophia (Ryoryoku no Sophia) in the organization. She had a very polite, lady-like way of speaking except when she was arguing with her rival and friend, Noel.

Sophia was among Claymores ranked #2 - #5 sent to kill Teresa. The Awoken Priscilla killed her after the battle with Teresa.
