Mabel Nash

She uses a Phantom Book (given by Rasiel) to rebuild the town they live in (as it was destroyed in the war) and to replace the dead people with dolls. In the end, Hal destroys the dolls and kills the part of Mabel’s mind that was corrupted by the Phantom Book, and after this she will have no memories of the incident.
