Raito Shiba

A detective with the Metropolitan Police Department Riot Squad. He is a member of a superhuman countermeasure team that was formed behind closed doors and pursues cases independently from the Superhuman Bureau, and thus, he is Jiro’s rival. Even within the police department, he is regarded with strict confidentiality, but in actuality, he is a cyborg. He harbors feelings that run counter to Jiro’s way of thinking and Jiro’s actions to protect “superhumans.”
