Felicità’s father and current leader of Arcana Famiglia. He holds The World arcana. The members of the Famiglia refer to him as “Papa”. Although he is tough and may be intimidating, he is a kind and friendly man. He is a loving father to his daughter and often shows a foolish side around her. It is hinted in ep.9 that his Arcana power “Il Mondo” is actually consuming his life energy and that he called for an “Arcana Deullo” in order to find an heir in his organization due to the fact that he is aware that he might not live long. The said episode also suggests that he is the one who establish the “Tarocco Contract” so that he can protect his town from invaders
