Sakuma

First Lieutenant of the Japanese Imperial Army. By the instructions of his superior, Colonel Mutou, he is sent over to the D Agency, a secret department established within the army. He acts as a liaison for the general staff. Though he inspects the state of D Agency, he is often astounded by their vast abilities. Due to his honest character as a military man, he holds many grudges against their unreserved remarks.
