Haruhiko Tooyama

When Ichise was about to return to Lukuss from the surface, Toyama confronts him at the destroyed tunnel with his new Texhnolyzed body. They then have their final battle, in which Toyama loses his left arm and his head to Ichise. Ichise then proceeds to go back down to Lukuss anyway.
