Sougetsu Ootori

He is an eccentric head master of the Anti Magic Academy and also the head of the Inquisitors of Heretics Office. He is Ouka’s guardian who took care of her after her parents were killed by witches.

He assigned Ouka to the 35th Test Platoon after having enough of her insubordination and excessive killing.
