Laguna Granscenic

When Laguna was a little girl, her left eye was shot in an accident by Vice Granscenic. Since then Vice never used his his weapon and he was transferred to be a helicopter pilot. Laguna and Vice never met or talked to each other since the accident happened. Laguna is a distant relative of Vice.
During the JS accident it is revealed, that Laguna's left eye completely healed, when she visited Vice in the hospital. Laguna wanted to restore their relationship like it was before the accident.
