The first captain of the White Base. When Char leads an attack on Side 7, he mans a cannon and is struck by shrapnel, becoming severely injured. He continues to command the ship in his wounded condition, with assistance from Bright. When White Base arrives at Luna II and its crew is impounded, he convinces Commandant Wakkein to let them fight off Char.
He dies soon after, and the crew holds a funeral for him, ejecting his body out of the ship.
