Gyokuen Ren is the wife of the former Emperors of the Kou Empire.
Gyokuen was the Empress of the Kou Empire until her current body was killed by Hakuryuu. She then possesses Hakuei’s body until Aladdin modifies it so that it’s not compatible with her soul.
