High Priest
The High Priest is the guardian of the City of Gold and the keeper of the Great Library.
He is also Esteban's father, the Traveling Prophet. After being swept away in the storm when Esteban was rescued, he apparently continued to wander across the New World until he found the City of Gold.
When the real High Priest of the City died the prophet took over his duties, hoping that one day Esteban would find his way to the City of Gold and be reunited with him.
