A detective working for the Musashino Police. He became a detective wanting to be like a certain Interpol inspector. Loves anime and games. Has a childish, immature personality. When the conversation topic is on the otaku end, he gets excited and loses sight of himself.
He is one of the victims in the ‘256 Incident.’
